After successful completion of the course, the student is expected to appear for a screening test conducted by the National Board of Examination as required by the Medical Council of India prior to registration.
All Indian citizens possessing a primary medical qualification awarded by any medical institution outside India, who are desirous to get Provisional or Permanent Registration with the Medical Council of India or any State Medical Council on or after the 15th of March, 2002, shall have to qualify a Screening Test conducted by the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi.
