10+2 from a recognized Board, or an equivalent qualification as recognized by the Association of Indian Universities or other competent bodies, in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for reserved categories).

Fundaments of IT & Programming and all Practical courses carry 2 credits each. The project carries 10 credits. All other courses (including subjects in areas of specialization) carry 4 credits each. In the last two semesters, students can select three electives from the following groups:
